The right of withdrawal according to § 18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 FAMHP does not apply, but the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotellerie AGBH 2006 apply

Cancellation clauses:

1.                   The reservation can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days before departure.

2.                   13 days to 7 days before departure, 70% of the reservation value will be charged as a cancellation fee.

3.                   From 6 days before the agreed day of arrival, in case of no-show and early departure, 90% of the reservation value will be charged as a cancellation fee.

In the event of a border or hotel closure or lockdown, you can cancel for free, even at short notice.
