Booking conditions Bookings are valid after confirmation of receipt of the deposit (10% of the booking amount). The deposit must be received by us within 14 days of reservation, otherwise the reservation will be deleted. The total accommodation costs must be transferred to our bank account 2 weeks before arrival. The right of withdrawal according to § 18 Abs.1.1 Z. 10 FAGG does not apply, but the General Terms and Conditions AGBH 2006 of Hotel Industrie apply
