General Terms and Conditions (GTC) – Fasserhof
1. Reservation and Payment
By making a reservation, the guest agrees to these general terms and conditions.
The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of 10% of the total stay amount. The deposit must be paid within 10 days of receiving the booking confirmation. If the deposit is not received in time, the landlord reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
The remaining amount must be credited to our account no later than 14 days before arrival.
2. Arrival and Departure
The holiday apartment is available on the day of arrival from 3:00 p.m. On the day of departure, the accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. at the latest, unless otherwise agreed.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing.
The following cancellation fees apply:
* Up to 14 days before arrival: free cancellation
* 13 to 7 days before arrival: 30% of the total travel cost
* From 6 days before arrival: 70% of the total travel cost
* In case of no-show without cancellation: 70% of the total travel cost
For the calculation of the cancellation fees, the date on which the written cancellation is received by the landlord is decisive.
4. Travel Insurance
We recommend taking out cancellation insurance to cover any cancellation fees that may apply.

5. Liability
The guest is liable for any damage caused by himself or his fellow travelers to the accommodation, inventory, or other amenities. Damage must be reported to the landlord immediately.
For loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
6. Force Majeure
If the stay cannot take place due to force majeure, such as natural disasters, government measures, or other unforeseen circumstances, the agreed cancellation policy remains in effect unless otherwise stipulated by law.
7. Privacy
Personal data is used exclusively for reservation processing and is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
8. Final Provisions
Austrian law exclusively governs this agreement. If one or more provisions of these terms prove to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain fully valid.
