Cancellation Policy
To allow you to plan your holiday without worry, the following cancellation policy applies for direct bookings at Fasserhof:
You can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
From 13 to 7 days before arrival, 30% of the total travel cost will be charged.
From 6 days before arrival, 70% of the total travel cost will be charged.
In case of non-arrival (no-show), delayed arrival or early departure, 90% of the total travel cost or the unused nights will be charged respectively.
# Deposit
To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of 30% of the total travel cost within 10 days of receiving the booking confirmation.
The remaining amount must be paid upon arrival at the latest.
# Cancellation Insurance
We recommend taking out a cancellation insurance so that you are financially protected in case of cancellation or early termination of your holiday.

# Bookings via Booking Platforms
For bookings made through Booking.com, Expedia or other booking platforms, only the cancellation policy stated in the respective booking confirmation applies.
# Legal Notice
In addition, the Austrian Hotel Contract Terms and Conditions (ÖHVB) in the applicable version apply insofar as no deviating arrangements are made in these cancellation terms.
